After completing his doctoral studies in Venezuela, Dr. Lugo completed a Pediatric Residency, General Practice Residency, and Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency.  

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Lugo was born and raised in Venezuela. He then moved to Minnesota in the summer of 2000 to further his dentistry career. Outside of dentistry, he is a loving husband to his wife, Andreina, and a proud father to his beautiful children, Emma and Alan. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering for his favorite Minnesota sports teams in his free time!

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Portz loves to be active and enjoy the outdoors! She enjoys playing tennis, golf, and pickleball, as well as hiking, biking, and traveling!
